The Client & The Vision
Simbie AI is a "YC S23" company on a mission to revolutionize healthcare administration by automating tasks for medical practices with AI virtual assistants.
They approached Dogpatch after a previous agency (Awesomic) failed to deliver a brand identity and marketing website that could convert their innovative technology into market trust and leads.
The Core Challenge
Simbie needed more than a UI designer; they needed a strategic partner to own their entire outward-facing presence and accelerate growth.
- Lack of a Trustworthy Brand: The existing identity did not reflect the seriousness and reliability required in the health tech sector.

Strategic Approach & Solution
We embedded ourselves as founding designer, taking full ownership from brand to deployment.
- Strategic Rebranding: We developed a completely new, professional brand identity from the ground up—including logo, color palette, typography, social media banners, and LinkedIn profiles—establishing immediate credibility.
- High-Converting Marketing Website & Content Engine:
- Website: Using a deep-dive question set for the founders, we gathered essential context. We leveraged structure and AI tools Manus.im to generate high-converting UX copy. We designed and developed the entire site on WordPress/Elementor, including complex animations to demonstrate Simbie’s AI in action.
- Automated SEO: Dogptach implemented a powerful, automated content strategy using Outrank.so This system generated a full content roadmap and published SEO-optimized blog posts daily, dramatically increasing organic traffic without requiring a full-time hire.
- Product Collaboration & Recruitment: We worked closely on the web application’s UX (payment gateway, dashboard analytics & user management) and used our extensive network to help Simbie recruit and hire critical engineers, solving a major bottleneck for the founders.
- Full Integration: We took ownership of everything from Bookface launch to server management (staging & production on Kinsta), allowing the founders to focus entirely on sales and product strategy.
