Dogpatch Design is a founding product design studio operated by Hasan Mahmud and Ashiful Haque. Our website is dogpatch.design. When you use our site or engage our services you are interacting with us directly – not a marketplace, not a platform, not an intermediary.

Information you give us directly:
When you book a call, send us a message, or start an engagement we collect your name, email address, company name, and any project details you share. This includes information submitted through cal.com, WhatsApp, Slack, or email.
Information collected automatically:
When you visit dogpatch.design we may collect standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site through tools such as Google Analytics.
Information from third-party platforms:
We use Deel, Every.io, and Wise for payment and contract management. Each platform has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data. We recommend reviewing them directly.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls
- Deliver our design, development, motion, and marketing services
- Send project updates, feedback requests, and invoices
- Improve how our website works
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for anything beyond what is needed to work with you.
3. Communication
When you engage with Dogpatch Design, communication happens through your preferred channel – Slack, WhatsApp, or email. By agreeing to work with us you consent to receiving project-related communications through the channel you choose. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

dogpatch.design uses cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to view our content.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as we have an active working relationship with you and for up to 12 months after that for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@dogpatch.design.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights email hello@dogpatch.design. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-party links
Our site may contain links to third-party platforms including cal.com, Deel, Every.io, and Wise. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us at hello@dogpatch.design.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
